As a follow-up to our March launch, we worked with DICK’S Sporting Goods and their partner Nike to highlight some of the most powerful examples of sports changing lives, through the lens of ten professional athletes, rolling out across the summer aligned to major live sports moments.

This documentary-styled series of films represent different roles that sports has played in each athlete’s journey. These stories are authentic to each athlete, but universally relatable — continuing to inspire the world to change their lives through sport.

Despite the company's success, their higher-order mission wasn't breaking through.

With Sports Change Lives we created a brand idea powerful enough to connect with any athlete and expansive enough to cover all the ways sports create positive change in people, teams, families, and communities. The anthem focused on a wide range of true-to-life changes everyday athletes experience, combined with real, sourced-footage moments that showcased the true emotional power of sports.
